A recovery support group for people living with mental illness in which people learn from each other’s experiences, share coping strategies, and offer each other encouragement and understanding.

Depressed Anonymous

Peer support group for individuals who deal with depression that uses the 12 Steps as a focus and provides time for group members to share their own story.

The Wellness Recovery Group

Open to adults in the community living with mental health issues and/or who are in substance use recovery. The group is facilitated by peer specialists who have personal lived experience with mental health and/or substance use.

Men’s support group at Coulee Recovery Center, focused on men’s growth, success, mental health, and wellness.

RAVE Recovery Avenue

  • Mental health crop-in center that is open to any adult in La Crosse County who is interested in support for their personal recovery from mental health and/or substance use concerns. RAVE is staffed by peer specialists who have lived experience.
