Anti-Suicide Poem
Dear person in Sorrow, I know how you feel, Your life is like a sad song, you wonder as you walk, Is life worth living? You tremble, Tears don't dry, you are in pain, Life is a nightmare Is there any hope? You ponder. You wish death to take you away, But it doesn't have to be that way. The stars shine, There is something great about you, no one can replace you your death would be a tragedy, I wish the best for you you can be someone's hero, you can be someone's friend so you see someone smile, you'll realize you'll be worth more than gold and that you can't Help people if you are dead. Life is hard for everyone, your pain is your own, so be bold, -Live and Have Fun Scars means you have survived I may not know you or your circumstance If you fail, at least you tried, Don't hide-try to keep your wonderful self Alive. Negativity seems rational but it's not factual Search for the truth, dream and if you are down, Write a note, keep people alert, sometimes you feel lower than dirt, wash the blues away, sing a song like I wish I was on a sunbeam, life makes me scream, why is everybody so mean? it doesn't matter what the words are, as long it makes you feel no pain, and I'm sure you'd enjoy dancing in the rain, Now, I'm starting to rhyme, see how absurd life is, but laughter is the sweetest sound I've ever heard good luck, my soldiers, be brave, life is a battle which side are you on? I know you are strong, Death is forever Please don't go, I know you belong, and you'll be missed if you are gone. How do I know you belong? You belong if you only have just a friend like me Stay alive and you will see Better days ahead? Perhaps things are transitory in this world, I know there is a godzillion people on earth and you need to find some kind of worth, Perhaps some one will hear your song or see your creations and Perhaps You will save some one from despair'? you are a good person indeed and that's rare goodnight, sleep tight, dream of a better world light a candle, it hard, but you can handle it think there is no future, Live for today and help build a better tomorrow Peace and blessings -Catherine
