La Crosse Area Mental Health Support Groups

 

Caring By Sharing Support Group – Group for friends and families of the chronically mentally ill and other interested persons. 

·        Meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7:15pm at the 1st Congregational Church, 2503 Main Street, La Crosse (does not meet in Dec, June, July or August)

 

Depressed Anonymous – Group for individuals who deal with depression.

·        Meets on Mondays at 5:30pm at Franciscan Spirituality Center, 920 Market Street, La Crosse

 

Depression/Bipolar Support Group – Group for anyone who has a mental illness, as well as family members and friends.

·        Meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month at 6pm at the RAVE Mental Health Drop in Center, 1806 State Street, La Crosse

 

Support Group for Families of Persons with Mental Illness – Group for friends and families of the chronically mentally ill.

·        Meets the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at 7pm at the Southside Neighborhood Center, 1300 south 6th Street, La Crosse

 

Emotions Anonymous – Group for individuals with depression, bi-polar, schizophrenia, panic and anxiety disorders, phobias and stressful situations and events.

·        Meets Thursdays at 7pm at the Asbury United Methodist Church, 1818 Redfield Street, La Crosse

 

Survivors of Suicide - Group for friends and families of those who have lost someone to suicide.

·        Meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at Franciscan Spirituality Center, 920 Market St., Room 141 (Rose Room), La Crosse. Contact Nancy at 769-5007 of Mary at marystoy@gmail.com

 

Western Wisconsin Family Ties Support Group – Group for parents of children (birth – 21) with emotional and behavioral disorders.

·        Meetings are not currently set, call for more information
